President’s Office

Audit Office

1. Inspect and evaluate the integrity, effectiveness and enforcement of the internal control system.
2. Establish and maintain the internal audit system.
3. Develop annual audit plan for all business activities and processes.
4. Implementation of the annual audit plan, making suggestions on improvements when appropriate, as well as the tracking and verifying of corrective actions.

Operations Management Center

1. Planning and management of human resources.
2. Planning and implementation of salary and benefits.
3. Establishment and implementation of talent development system.
4. Asset management.
5. General administration.
6. Information and communications security.
7. Shareholder services.
8. The drafting, review, risk control and file management of all contracts and documents.
9. Handling of litigation and non-litigation cases.

Capital Planning Center

1. Financial structure planning based on the Company’s business strategy and the execution of financial/accounting procedures. 2. Share-related affairs, investor relations communication and consultation.

Content Center

1. Show production.
2. Supervise the filming, production and post-production of shows and movies.

PILI TV station

1. Maintain stable business relationships with annual contract customers.
2. Daily maintenance of TV programming.
3. Filming and editing for the related departments of PILI.
4. Cooperate with community operations to edit and to product video, such as MOD, Friday and Youtube , etc.
5. Simultaneously expose PILI's messages or activities on TV.

Business Development Dep.

1. Program planning, production, and satellite channel management.
2. Channel planning.
3. Negotiation of broadcasting rights.
4. Management and analysis of market research data.
