Ethical corporate management policy
According to the Company's "Integrity Code of Conduct" and in accordance with the Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice Principles for TWSE/GTSM Listed Companies and the Company’s Procedures for Ethical Management and Guidelines for Conduct, it is stipulated that directors of the board, supervisors, managers, employees and any individuals with real control power must not, in the process of a business activity, provide, promise, ask or accept illicit profits directly or indirectly. They must not commit acts that amount to breach of trust, violate laws and entrusted responsibilities or behave unethically to gain or maintain personal profits.

The plan was submitted to the board of directors for endorsement on Nov. 6, 2018. Chiefs of relevant departments are tasked with the extra mission of advancing the Company’s ethical corporate management policy.
